Receiving A Commitment

When a commitment queues up, you must choose to call the contact, reschedule the commitment, or delete the commitment.


Call A Commitment

Click the CALL button and the number associated with the commitment will be dialed.


Reschedule A Commitment

Click the RESCHEDULE button and the Commitment opens up with only the Date, Time and Time Zone fields available to edit.  Clicking Save updates the commitment and returns to the HOME screen.


Delete A Commitment

Commitments can be deleted by clicking the DELETE button on the incoming Commitment card or by editing the Commitment from the Coming Up section of the Home section.

Notes may be required depending on the set up in your Business Unit.
