Commitments

If you need to follow-up with a contact, you can add a commitment. Commitments appear on your schedule and remind you of your commitment at the appropriate time. When adding a new commitment, several fields must be filled out to help you or another user respond to the commitment appropriately.

Add A New Commitment

Commitments can be added either by clicking the COMMIT button on a contact card or clicking the blue plus sign in the Coming Up section of the Home page.

Fill In Necessary Fields

Before you can save a commitment, valid information must be entered in the First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Date and Time fields.  You can optionally enter notes about the commitment.

Select Commitment Type

Schedule the commitment for you by clicking the PERSONAL button or for an available agent in a skill by clicking the SKILL button.

Click SUBMIT
