Placing A Call On Mute

When you mute your microphone, the connected contact cannot hear you speak. Be advised, agent conversations can still be heard by a supervisor who is monitoring calls.

Click MUTE

The Mute button will turn red to let you know you are muted, and the label will turn to UnMute. The active contact header will turn dark gray.

Click UNMUTE

The UnMute button changes back to the Mute button and the call is no longer muted.
