Installing The Salesforce integrated eXperience Agent

The Skybox integrated eXperience (SiX) is a web based inContact agent that is used to handle all inContact  contact types including Email, Chat, Phone, Voicemail, and Work Items.  The agent is an application based on inContact's supported RESTful APIs.  It is embedded in Salesforce by leveraging Salesforce’s opencti framework.

Search In the Salesforce AppExchange

Search for the SiX Agent for RingCentral application in the Salesforce AppExchange.

Click on Get It Now Button

Click Confirm and Install Button

Click the Confirm and Install button and log in with your production org credentials.

Install Application

You will need to acknowledge that the application will make calls to external services.  This means that the agent makes calls to inContact RESTful servcies to function.  On completion, the applications will display in the installed packages section of Salesforce.
