Off Hours Skill Transfer

When transferring a call to a new skill in the agent.  You have the ability to check the Hours Of Operation attached to a skill as well as if any agents are currently logged in to that skill prior to performing the transfer.

A skill can be set with the following options:

  • Allow - Lets the transfer go through with no interference.

  • Verify - Prompts the agent to confirm they want to make the transfer if the skill is closed or if there is no agents logged in to that skill.

  • Reject - Rejects the transfer if the skill is closed or if there is no agents logged in to that skill.

Off Hours Skills

If a skill has an Hours Of Operation attached and it is currently closed, the agent will receive an alert if the skill is set to VERIFY.

No Logged In Agents On Skill

If a skill is open but had no agents logged on to the skill, the agent will receive an alert if the skill is set to VERIFY.
