By subscribing to our text messaging service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Skybox Communications collects the following types of information when you subscribe to our text messaging service:
- Phone Number: We collect your mobile phone number to send you text messages.
- Message Content: We collect the content of the messages you send and receive from us.
- Opt-In Information: If you opt to receive text messages from us, we will store your consent information.
Use of Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send you text messages related to Skybox Communications services and updates.
- Communicate with you for customer service and support.

We do not sell personal information to any third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Security of your information
Your personal data is stored by the Skybox Communications on the servers of the cloud-based database. Databases are all fully encrypted using the industry standard AES-256 encryption algorithm. Servers are only accessible via Skybox Communication administrators from with the Skybox network. At no time will Skybox provide any information collected in their databases to an outside entity.
Opting Out
You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time. To do so, reply with "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive messages from us.
Children’s data
We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from children.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of any changes via text message, email, or by posting a notice on our website.

Your personal data is stored by the Skybox Communications on the servers of the cloud-based database management services the Skybox Communications engages, located in the United States. The Skybox Communications systems. All personal data that Skybox Communications controls may be deleted upon verified request from Data Subjects or their authorized agents.
