Conferencing A Call

Agents can conference together multiple parties the same way a Warm Transfer was done in the Transferring A Call section.  Conduct the same steps as done with a Warm Transfer and click CONFERENCE button to connect.

Click CONFERENCE

Click the CONFERENCE button to link everyone together on the call.  Click HANG UP to disconnect one of the contacts or TRANSFER to transfer the call and disconnect you from the call.
