While the agent is logged into their Six Agent, they will be able to see their daily schedule. What time their lunch & break is or if they have any meetings scheduled through out the day.When the time matches what is on the agents schedule, whatever is scheduled at that time will start to blink red, making them aware they need to complete this action.

At the end of a shift the light will start to blink red 5 minutes prior to the end, so the agent has enough time to close anything they are working on.
