Managing Licenses

This section describes how you manage your SiX licenses to give them access to log in.  For the embedded Salesforce Agent users, the management of licenses does not have to be here but in you Installed Packages section in Salesforce.

Click the Add Members Button

Select Members To Add

This pop up will show all users in the Contact Center that do not currently have a license added to their user ID.

Narrow down the list by typing in the Search box at the top.

Simply hit SELECT ALL button to add everyone.

Remove Users By Clicking The Trash Can Button
