Managing Licenses

This section describes how to manage your SiX licenses and assign access to users.  For the embedded Salesforce Agent users, the management of licenses is handled in the Installed Packages section in Salesforce.

Click the Add Members Button

The Add Members button is at the top right of the Members section.

Select Members To Add

This pop up will show all users in the Contact Center that do not currently have a license added to their user ID.

Narrow down the list by typing in the Search box at the top or filter by Team.

Simply hit SELECT ALL button to add everyone.
