Off Hours Skill action is the default action SiX will take when attempting to transfer to a skill that has an attached Hours Of Operation that is closed.

VERIFY - Displays an alert in the agent that the skill is closed  with the option to transfer anyway.

REJECT - Does not allow transfer.

ALLOW - Always allows transfer.

The Config button allows for setting skills that do not follow the default setting.
