Enabling the Hide Agent Reports option will hide the Agent Report icon on the bottom right of the SiX Agent, preventing agents from seeing real time agent reports.  Criteria must be added to tell the system when to apply this rule.  This is done by hitting the cog icon to the right of the label.  The Edit Criteria page will display allowing you to set the criteria.
