Installing The Skybox integrated eXperience Agent

The Skybox integrated eXperience (SiX) is a web based CXone agent that is used to handle all CXone  contact types including Email, Chat, Phone, Voicemail, and Work Items. The agent is an application based on CXone's supported RESTful APIs. It is embedded in ServiceNow by leveraging ServiceNow’s OpenFrame technology.  The SiX agent works with ITIL and Case Management out of the box as well as Agent Workspace and Standard Workspace.

Search In ServiceNow Store

Search for the Skybox CXone CTI application in the ServiceNow store.

Click on Get Button

Log In Using Your ServiceNow HI Credentials

Install Application

This application requires the free plugin Openframe to be installed from the plugins section of ServiceNow.  Once this is installed, the Skybox IncontactCTI application will now be available in your ServiceNow instance.  Navigate to the Applications section under System Applications.  Look for the Skybox IncontactCTI application in the Not Installed section.  Click on the Install button.
