Change OpenFrame Title
The Skybox integrated eXperience (SiX) is installed with a default Title of inContact CTI and default Subtitle of By Skybox. This can be easily changed with the following steps.

Type OpenFrame in the ServiceNow Search

Click on Configurations Menu

Select CXoneCTI Configuration
4
Modify Title and Subtitle Fields And Click Update
