By configuring Task Logging, new Tasks will be created in your Salesforce instance for inbound and outbound contacts. Currently this feature needs to be set up by Skybox Communications. An application is in progress to make this available to customers to set up your own configuration. Please contact Skybox Communications support for help with this.
