Logging In - SSO User

For CXone users, SSO users will need to log in to the Six License Manager using an already established session ID.

Log in to your Contact Center

If this is an SSO user, you will log in to your Contact Center via an application in your IDP.

Click The App Launcher Icon

Click on the app launcher icon in the top left corner.  Select the Studio Authentication button to store the current session information.

Paste Session Info

Hover over where it says Paste Session ID Here and right click and select paste.
